Privacy Policy: Tidy Voice web demo (DRAFT, not legal advice)

This is a test version ("demo") of Tidy Voice at tidyvoicedemo.shop, operated by Daniel Tendler ("we"). Contact: [email protected].

What we process

• Audio and video files you upload. In this web demo, files are sent to our server and cleaned there. (A future mobile app is planned to process most files on your device.)
• Your device identifier. A random ID is stored in your browser (localStorage and a cookie) so we can count your free 60 seconds. It is not linked to your name, email or any account.
• Anonymous usage events, such as an upload or a click on a button. They record the event type, time, the duration of the audio and which plan option was clicked. They do not include your audio, your file name or the file content.
• Technical data such as your IP address, which our server uses briefly for abuse protection and rate limits.

Where your files go

• Files are processed on a computer that we operate. Traffic reaches it through Cloudflare, which provides our domain and network connection and therefore handles your connection in transit. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
• Your original and cleaned files are deleted automatically within 12 hours of upload. Download your result soon after processing.
• We do not use your recordings to train AI models, do not sell them and do not share them with anyone else.
• We do not listen to your recordings.
• The connection is encrypted (HTTPS).

No account, no payments

• No account, name, email or phone number is needed.
• The purchase options shown in the demo are not real. No payment is taken and no payment information is collected. Clicking a plan only records which option was chosen.

Your choices

• Clearing your browser data resets the device identifier.
• To ask about or delete anything we hold, write to [email protected].

The demo is not directed to children under 13.
